XH Series Molecular Sieve
Nowadays, Refrigerant is widely used in industrial, automotive and household applications such as refrigerator and air-conditioner. Usually there will be some moisture in refrigerant. When refrigerant expands rapidly, the moisture will form ice in the expansion valve. That will cause a blockage of the system. Besides, the moisture will also hydrolyze refrigerant into some corrosive gas such as HF and HCl. These gas will erode conduits of the system and shorten the life of the application.
According to the special requirements of refrigeratory system, SEILY develops XH -series molecular sieve for refrigerant dehydration. They can keep the whole system with high work efficiency and long life. Our products are with low dew point, high crushing strength and good compatibility with refrigerant and lubricant. They are widely applied in the dehydration of all kinds of refrigerant. Molecular Sieve for Refrigerant: XH-7, XH-9, XH-11
XH-7 is recommended for new type refrigerant R134a in household or industrial refrigerator, deepfreeze and air-conditioner. It is also used to dehydrate special refrigerants such as butane for “GREEN” refrigerator.
XH-9 is recommended for all kinds of the refrigerant except for the mixture refrigerant which contains CH3F2. It is applied in the air-condition/refrigerator of car, estate car, refrigerator car, engine, ship and so on.
XH-11 is recommended for new type refrigerant R407C, R410 ect. in air-conditioner.
