Molecular Sieve for Refrigerant
For refrigeration industry, we supply two kinds of molecular sieve:XH series & Solid Drier Core.
New Type Organic Adhesive Solid Core
Features:
1) This new type solid core applies organic adhesive, which make sure every core has a smooth and clean surface.
2) Higher physcal strength and lower attrition loose.
3) Wet attrition loose is much lower than the common solid core, around 1/2 of the data of the common one.
XH Series: XH-5 XH-7 XH-9 XH-11
XH-5 is recommended for CFCs refrigerant R12, R22,R600 ect.
XH-7 is recommended for new type refrigerant R134a.
XH-9 is recommended for almost all kinds of the refrigerant such as: 134a,R500, R143a,R123,R124,R125,R404a,R407c,R12,R600a.
XH-11 is recommended for new type refrigerant R407C, R410, R32 etc. in air-conditioner.

Code Meaning
D- filter drier core
H-100% molecular sieve
W-20% activated alumina, 80% molecular sieve
A-48% activated alumina, 47% molecular sieve, 5% active carton
SLDH Core
DH core can be well used together with HFC, POE or PAG. Because there’s no activated alumina, the oil additive will not be exhausted.
Used for refrigerant: R134a, R404, R407c etc.
Protection POE additive.
High water adsorption capacity.
Efficiently preventing impurity.
SLDW Core
DW core is recommended for the system with HCFC, CFC and mineral oil or alkyl benzene oil, especially for system with high freezing temperature and high dehydration capacity.
Used for refrigerant: R22,R134a, R404A,R507 etc.
Used for mixed refrigerant: R124, R125, R134a, R143a,R152a, R218, R23 and R32.
With high dehydrating capacity both at low and high freezing temperature.
The solid core can bear pressure and vibration.
SLDA Core
DA core is recommended for burned system to absorb acid.
Used to absorb injurant such as acid and moisture caused after system burning to prevent new settled compressor from being broken.
